Disadvantages of showering:

Coatings for coating machines:

The coating machine is mostly used for the coating of various varnishes such as nitro varnish, amino varnish, acrylic varnish and polyurethane varnish. This is because the varnish generally requires a thick coating film and has a good decorative effect, and there is no problem of precipitation, floating color, etc. when the varnish is applied, and the coating device after painting is easy to clean.

The coating method can also be used for the finishing of various varnishes, but the enamel must not float, the pigment is not easy to precipitate, and the orange peel is not quickly oxidized in contact with air.

Coatings which are less viscous such as latex paint and which are prone to cracking during coating are not easily applied by the spray coating method. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the choice of paint varieties. Before large-scale painting, it is best to carry out test machine adjustment. It is sometimes necessary to add a certain amount of wetting agent, anti-skinning agent, defoaming agent, etc. in the coating to eliminate possible coating film defects.

Spraying operation method:

1. Adjust the paint to the required application viscosity and construction humidity with a thinner.

2. Start the test run of the paint pump and the paint sprayer. Adjust the width of the lacquer head to make the paint curtain form a uniform and stable whole.

3. Turn on the conveyor and adjust the transmission speed.

4. First test the test with a test piece to determine the thickness of the film and the coating effect. After the requirements are met, normal production begins.
