Automatic painting equipment safety precautions

1. It is absolutely forbidden to bring in the fire and ignite the open fire in the workshop.

2. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the workshop.

3. Be careful not to cause the iron to collide when the paint is being prepared, so as to avoid sparks.

4. Ensure that the exhaust air in the paint room is normal and does not allow solvent vapor to leak.

5. Ensure that all exhaust fans work properly and ensure that solvent vapors in the clean room are discharged outside.

6. Ensure that the ventilation of the spray booth is normal. Stop the spray gun when the machine is stopped, and then turn off the fan after the cleaning work is completed.

7. Welding repairs must be carried out with absolute assurance and supervision by a person.

8. If the supply and exhaust system stops working, please open all doors and windows that can be opened and evacuate the clean room. Waiting for delivery, after the exhaust system is in normal operation, enter the workshop to deal with the remaining problems.

9. Wear a respirator or mask when working in the painting work area.

10. Please do not wash your hands with the thinner paint to prevent damage to the skin.

11. Do not wipe the cleaning equipment with organic solvents, especially electrostatic precipitators.

12. Do not stack solvent-filled rags together in the spray booth and paint booth.

13. Do not touch heating elements such as electric heating tubes and UV lamps that are working or just stopped working.

14. Do not place the workpiece and tools on the transmission machinery such as chains or axles.

15. Do not touch the mechanical components that are being driven.

16. Do not touch the equipment and electrical control switches that are not operated by you.

There are five aspects to the safety of automatic painting equipment: fireproof, explosion-proof, solvent-proof poisoning, anti-burn, and mechanical damage. In order to carry out the painting work safely and to achieve the above five aspects of protection, please pay attention to the following items.
